摘　　要：亮条是车体铝型材的主要缺陷。从亮条现象及特点、产生原因等方面对亮条缺陷进行全面的描述,并根据主要影响因素进行逐一排查。结果发现,调整挤压工艺对型材亮条缺陷的改善不明显;合理控制铸棒成分提高其质量,虽然在一定程度上可以限制亮条的形成,但改善效果并不明显;而适当降低挤压机的挤压力、调整模具工作带以及对模具进行氮化处理却可以显著抑制亮条缺陷的产生。The bright strip is the main defect of the aluminum profile of the car body.The phenomenon,characteristics and cause of the bright strip are expounded,and related solutions are proposed as well.The improvement of the profile strip defects is not obvious by adjusting the extrusion process and the quality of the cast rod.The bright strip defects of the profiles produced by the 72MN extrud⁃er have been significantly improved.After adjusting the working belt of the mold and nitriding the mold,the defects of the produced strips are obviously improved.
