摘　　要：调查分析了南岭自然保护区社区的现状和两者之间存在的矛盾,结合工作实际寻求保护与发展的协调模式,提出了从转变管理机制、健全保障体系、提供扶持等几个方面入手,力图化解南岭保护区资源保护和社区居民生存的利益冲突,以期为保护区与社区经济和谐发展提供参考。In this paper,investigations of the current situation and analysis of the contradictions between Nanling Nature Reserve and surrounding communities were performed,and a coordination mode of protection and development was proposed based on the actual work.Discussions were made about solvation of conflicts of interest between resource protection and the survival of community residents in Nanling Nature Reserve from several aspects such as changing the management mechanism,improving the security system and providing support.And countermeasures for harmonious development between resource protection and community economy were discussed.
