摘 要:南疆地区特色林果资源丰富,合理地进行分拣策略的选择与设计,提高拣选作业的工作效率,使贫困地区的特色林果产品迅捷有效地销往全国各地,是南疆贫困区人民增产增收、脱贫攻坚的有效手段之一。将Flexsim仿真软件引入到林果产品的分拣环节中来,根据某林果配送中心拣货出库的作业流程以及现有的四种分拣策略进行建模仿真,并构建了三种实验以便于对比品类、订单差异和库存状态对分拣策略的影响,得出在不分区/分区策略下,并行处理的分拣策略更具有优势。在按单/并行策略下,不分区的分拣策略空闲时间更少,工作效率更高。在四种分拣策略中,策略Ⅲ(不分区并行)的分拣量和分拣员的工作效率均高于其他三种分拣策略。通过对分拣策略的仿真分析,为订单分拣系统的优化提供了有益参考。Southern Xinjiang is rich in distinctive forest fruit resources,and the rational selection and design of sorting strategy to improve the efficiency of sorting operations and make the distinctive forest fruit products from poor areas sell quickly and effectively to all parts of the country is one of the effective means to increase production,income and alleviate poverty for the people in poor areas of southern Xinjiang.The Flexsim simulation software was introduced into the sorting process of forest fruit products,modeled and simulated according to the sorting out process of a forest fruit distribution center and the four existing sorting strategies,three experiments were constructed to facilitate comparison of the effects of category,order differences and inventory status on the sorting strategy.It is concluded that the parallel sorting strategy is more advantageous under the non-partitioning/partitioning strategy.The unpartitioned sorting strategy has less idle time and more efficiency under the per-order/parallel strategy.Among the four sorting strategies,strategy Ⅲ(unpartitioned parallel) has higher sorting volume and sorter efficiency than the other three sorting strategies.The simulation analysis of the sorting strategy provides a useful reference for the optimization of the order sorting system.
