摘　　要：文章基于政府开放数据的特征,结合图书馆在信息经济时代转型需要,研究其融合政府开放数据所能开展的增值业务。论文从政府开放数据的经济、科研价值两方面,探讨图书馆如何利用政府开放数据进行分析、整合发布、决策和服务的方向。论文结合气象、商业、统计、医疗、教育数据的运行实例,提出图书馆融合政府开放数据的价值释放服务模式,在数据规范、开发方式、引导用户服务上适应转型的发展,扩大现代服务开展范围,创新图书馆服务。Based on the characteristics of government open data,combined with the needs of library transformation in the information economy era,this paper researches the value-added services that libraries can provide by integrating government open data.Taking the economic and scientific research value of government open data as examples,it discusses how to use government open data for analyzing,integrated publishing,decision-making and servicing.Combined with the operational examples of meteorological,commercial,statistical,medical and educational data,it puts forward the value release service mode of library integrating government open data,adapts to the development of transformation in data specification,development mode and guiding user service,expands the scope of modern service development and innovates library service.
