摘　　要：阅读推广作为图书馆读者服务的常规性工作之一,是促进全民阅读、建设学习型社会的重要途径。为在新冠疫情防控常态化形势下继续推进、深耕和引领全民阅读,“2020书香江苏行动”论坛之“常态化疫情防控下的图书馆读者服务创新研讨会”在江苏常熟召开。此次会议回顾总结了上半年防疫前期阶段的图书馆读者服务工作,提出防疫进入常态化阶段下创新图书馆服务的要求与愿景,并从图书馆创新读者工作服务新方式、开辟“书旅融合”新路径,科技助力阅读推广,深耕未成年人阅读,创意建设“书香校园”及推进城乡一体化全民阅读等方面进行了主题交流和讨论。此次论坛及其专题研讨中呈现的理念和观点对于切实推进“书香江苏”进程将发挥有益作用。As one of the routine work of library reader service,reading promotion is an important way to promote national reading and build a learning society.In order to continue to promote,deeply plough and lead the nationwide reading under the normalized situation of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control,the seminar on Library Reader Service Innovation Under the Normalized Epidemic Prevention and Control of the“2020 Scholarly Jiangsu Action”forum was held in Changshu,Jiangsu Province.This conference reviewed and summarized the library reader service work in the early stage of epidemic prevention in the first half of the year,put forward the requirements and vision of innovative library service when epidemic prevention entered the normalization stage,and from the aspects of library innovation of reader service work,opening up a new path of“integration of books and tourism”,science and technology assisted reading promotion,deep cultivation of minors’reading,creative construction of“Scholarly Campus”and promotion urban and rural integration,national reading and other aspects of thematic exchange and discussion.The ideas and viewpoints presented in this forum and its special discussion will play a beneficial role in promoting the process of“Scholarly Jiangsu”.
