摘  要:离相封母绝缘故障多发于升高座盘式绝缘子,而盘式绝缘子受微正压装置运行工况、母线密封件老化情况、绝缘材质等问题的影响,一直以来都是阻碍母线安全运行的顽固性问题。同时结合现场实际,对发电厂离相封母常见故障及应对改造措施加以分析,从而消除离相封闭母线存在的重大隐患和缺陷,降低机组电气设备故障率,提高电气设备的安全性与可靠性。Insulation faults of the enclosed phase-isolated busbar often occur in the disk-type insulator of the elevated seat.The disk-type insulator can be influenced by such factors as the operation condition of the micro-positive pressure device,the aging of the enclosure elements of the busbar and the insulation materials,which have long been the intractable obstacles to the secure operation of the busbar.Based on the on-site situation,this paper analyzes relevant renovating measures for common faults of the enclosed phase-isolated busbar.
