双循环新发展格局下中国物流业高质量发展策略研究

摘　　要：介绍中国正在塑造的以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新格局。探讨国内产业升级、消费升级给物流业带来巨大的服务需求,双循环经济促进物流企业业务重构和服务升级,为供应链物流实现数字化、平台化转型提供了重要机遇;但中国物流业系统性不强,网络化程度较低,整体创新能力弱,与其他产业融合、联动不足等问题仍然突出,难以适应经济双循环对物流业提出的高要求。提出推动中国物流业高质量发展的策略,要加快供应链创新应用,稳定产业链供应链;实施创新驱动战略,提升物流企业服务能力;挖掘强大国内市场需求,完善消费物流服务体系;深化物流供给侧结构性改革,降低物流成本。China is shaping a new pattern with the major domestic circulation as the main body,which is featured by mutual promotion of domestic and international dual circulation.The upgrading of domestic industries and consumption has brought huge service demand to logistics industry.The dual-cycle economics provides an important opportunity for logistics enterprises to restructure their businesses and upgrade their services as well as realizing digitalization and platform-based transformation of supply chain logistics.However,there are still many problems in China s logistics industry such as weak systematicness,low degree of networking,weak overall innovation ability,lack of integration with other industries and insufficient linkage,which make it difficult to meet the high requirements of economic dual cycle for logistics industry.To promote the high-quality development of China s logistics industry,this paper puts forward such measures as speeding up the innovative application of the supply chain to stabilize the supply chain of the industrial chain,implementing the innovation-driven strategy to improve the service ability of logistics enterprises,digging the strong demand of domestic market to perfect the consumption logistics service system and deepening the supply-side structural reform of logistics to reduce the logistics cost.
