摘  要:某牵引车(6×2)在河南新乡等地的使用过程中出现了电瓶内部极板断裂故障,但另一款同类型的车型(6×4)没有出现该故障.针对此故障进行了试验测试研究,通过采集不同路面激励作用下两款牵引车电瓶的振动数据,进行了两款牵引车的对比分析,以及在空载与装载15 t两种工况下,牵引车(6×2)改装前后的对比分析,最终发现6×2牵引车空载工况的恶劣振动导致电瓶损坏.通过添加胶垫,解决了电瓶损坏故障,延长了电池使用寿命.A certain tractor(6×2)had a fault with a broken internal battery plate during use in Xinxiang,Henan and other places,but another model of the same type(6×4)did not have the fault.In order to solve this problem,the vibration data of the batteries of the two tractors under different road excitation are collected,and the comparative analysis of the two tractors is carried out,as well as the comparative analysis before and after the modification of the tractor(6×2)under the no-load and loading conditions of 15 t.Finally,it is found that the bad vibration of the tractor(6×2)under the no-load condition leads to the battery damage.By adding rubber pad,the battery damage fault is solved and the battery service life is prolonged.
