椎旁神经阻滞复合全身麻醉对行腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术患者术后应激反应的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨椎旁神经阻滞复合全身麻醉对行腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术患者术后应激反应的影响。方法:选取2017年6月~2018年7月本院接收的120例行腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术患者为研究对象,并将患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例。两组患者全部在手术前实施全身麻醉,其中对照组患者在术前全身麻醉的基础上结合椎旁神经阻滞麻醉。最后,研究两组患者在术后应激反应差异。结果:两组患者术后首次肛门排气时间、术后引流时间、术后住院天数、术后并发症发生率比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:椎旁神经阻滞复合全身麻醉相较于普通麻醉能够明显减少行腹腔镜远端胃癌根治术患者术后的应激反应。Objective:To investigate the effect of combined spinal nerve block combined with general anesthesia on the postoperative stress response of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastric cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastric cancer surgery were selected from our hospital from June 2017 to July 2018.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.All patients in the two groups underwent general anesthesia before surgery,of which patients in the control group were combined with paravertebral nerve block anesthesia on the basis of general anesthesia before surgery.Finally,the differences in postoperative stress response between the two groups of patients were studied.Results:There were no significant differences in the time of first anal exhaust,postoperative drainage time,postoperative hospital stay,and postoperative complications in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with general anesthesia,paravertebral nerve block combined with general anesthesia can significantly reduce the stress response of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastric cancer surgery.
