骨折治疗仪辅助外固定支架治疗开放性骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的:主要针对开放性骨折患者,在医治的过程当中使用外固定支架法与骨折治疗仪的方法来进行医治所产生的成效。方法:在2018年1月~2019年12月本院共医治160例患有开放性骨折病症的患者,调研人员按照入院的顺序,将其分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组患者接受钢板螺钉内固定手术治疗,而观察组的患者则是使用外固定支架法联合骨折治疗仪来进行医治操作,最终通过比较两组患者的相关临床指标以及术后并发症的方法来对比两种医治方式的成效。结果:观察组手术固定优良率为95.00%,对照组手术固定优良率80.00%;观察组踝关节功能优良率为67.50%,对照组优良率50.00%;从膝关节功能评分,可以看出术后观察组评分明显高于对照组;两组并发症发生率比较差异不明显,P>0.05。结论:在对患有开放性骨折患者进行医治的过程当中,使用外固定支架联合骨折治疗仪手术来进行医治操作,能够获得较好的临床医治成效,而且手术时间短,术后早期发生的并发症发生率比较低,在医治相关指标方面也占有比较大的优势。Objective:This article mainly aims at the patients with open fracture,in the process of treatment,the use of external fixation and fracture treatment instrument to treat the results.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,160 patients with open fracture were treated in our hospital.According to the order of admission,the researchers divided them into the routine group and the observation group with 80 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with external fixation and internal fixation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with external fixation and stent combined with fracture treatment instrument.Finally,the effects of the two treatment methods were compared by comparing the relevant clinical indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups.Results:The excellent rate of operation and fixation was 95.00%in the observation group,80.00%in the conventional group,67.50%in the observation group,and 50.00%in the conventional group.From the score of knee joint function,it can be seen that the score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the process of treating patients with open fracture,the use of external fixator combined with fracture treatment instrument can achieve better clinical treatment results,and the operation time is short,the incidence of early postoperative complications is relatively low,and it also has a great advantage in the treatment of related indicators.
