有创和无创呼吸机序贯治疗在慢阻肺伴呼衰患者中的实施效果

摘　　要：目的:探究有创和无创呼吸机序贯治疗在慢阻肺伴呼吸衰竭患者中的实施效果。方法:随机抽取2017年1月~2020年8月本院60例慢阻肺伴呼吸衰竭患者为观察对象,利用摸球法分为观察组(使用无创呼吸机序贯治疗)与对照组(使用有创呼吸机序贯治疗)。对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果:经治疗干预,观察组PaO2、PaCO2等临床指标明显优于对照组;观察组痰液颜色和痰液黏稠度改善时间、通气时间以及脱机时间明显短于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:相较于有创呼吸机序贯治疗,使用无创呼吸机序贯治疗对慢阻肺伴呼吸衰竭患者住院日缩短,提高患者生活质量,促进患者预后。Objective:To explore the effect of sequential invasive and noninvasive ventilator therapy in COPD patients with respiratory failure.Methods:60 COPD patients with respiratory failure in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2020 were randomly selected and divided into study group(sequential treatment with noninvasive ventilator)and control group(sequential treatment with invasive ventilator)by touching ball method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After treatment intervention,the study group PaO2,PaCO2 and other clinical indicators were significantly better than the control group;the study group sputum color and viscosity improvement time,ventilation time and offline time were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with invasive ventilator sequential therapy,sequential therapy of noninvasive ventilator can shorten the length of stay,improve the quality of life and promote the prognosis of patients with COPD and respiratory failure.
