肠造口袋在泌尿外科手术后伤口尿外渗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:为了分析肠造口袋在泌尿外科手术后伤口尿外渗中的应用效果。方法:纳入2017年3月~2019年8月本院收治的124例行泌尿外科手术后伤口尿外渗的患者为观察对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为两组,组间一般资料无显著差异(P>0.05)。对照组采用传统尿路造口袋,观察组采用肠造口袋,观察两组患者切口相关并发症发生率、首个造口袋使用时间以及敷料更换频率。结果:观察组切口相关并发症发生率为4.84%,显著低于对照组的17.74%(P<0.05);观察组首个造口袋使用时间和敷料更换频率分别为(4.85±1.54)d和(1.32±0.68)次/d,均优于对照组的(2.37±1.28)d和(4.33±1.45)次/d(P<0.05)。结论:对行泌尿外科手术后伤口尿外渗的患者采用肠造口袋进行治疗,可以有效降低切口相关并发症发生率,并且有助于延长首个造口袋使用时间,降低敷料更换频率。Objective:In order to analyze the effect of enterostomy pocket in urinary exosmosis after urological surgery.Methods:The subjects were 124 patients with urinary exosmosis after urological surgery admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to August 2019,which were divided into two groups by the random number table method.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In the control group,the traditional urinary tract pocket was used,and in the study group,the intestinal pocket was used.The incidence of incision related complications,the time of using the first pocket and the frequency of dressing replacement were observed.Results:The incidence of incision related complications in the study group was 4.84%,significantly lower than that in the control group(17.74%)(P<0.05).The time of the first pocket making and the frequency of dressing changing in the study group were(4.85±1.54)d and(1.32±0.68)times/d,respectively,which were better than those in the control group(2.37±1.28)d and(4.33±1.45)times/d(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of enterostomy in the treatment of urinary exosmosis after urological surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of incision related complications,and help to prolong the use time of the first pocket and reduce the frequency of dressing replacement.
