摘 要:目的:评价Vitek2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪对病原菌的鉴定能力。方法:抽取2018年1月~2019年4月在辽宁省人民医院收治的血液、泌尿生殖道疾病及脓液患者的标本,对其病原菌进行分离,分离出的100株病原菌与实验室保存的48株菌株开展研究,应用Vitek2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪进行鉴定,分析鉴定准确率与药敏结果。结果:72例革兰阴性菌,经正确鉴定69株;80株革兰阳性菌经鉴定正确77株;正确率相比,革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌相比无差异(P>0.05)。所有的菌株经鉴定,均可在9h内完成。药敏结果革兰阳性菌总符合率、革兰阴性菌总符合率分别93.75%、94.44%。结论:在病原菌鉴定中,Vitek2 Compact全自动微生物鉴定药敏分析仪准确性较高。Objective:To evaluate the identification ability of Vitek2 Compact automatic microbial identification drug sensitive analyzer for pathogenic bacteria.Methods:From January 2018 to April 2019,blood,urogenital tract diseases and purulent patients in Liaoning Provincial People’s hospital were collected and their pathogenic bacteria were isolated.100 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated and 48 strains were preserved in the laboratory for research.Vitek2 Compact automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer was used for identification,and the accuracy and drug sensitivity results were analyzed.Results:In 72 cases of Gram-negative bacteria,69 strains were correctly identified;80 strains of Gram-positive bacteria,77 strains were correctly identified;compared with the correct rate,there was no difference between Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria(P>0.05).All the strains can be identified in 9 hours.The total coincidence rate of Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-negative bacteria was 93.75%and 94.44%,respectively.Conclusion:In the identification of pathogenic bacteria,Vitek2 Compact automatic microbial identification drug sensitivity analyzer has high accuracy.
