研究溶血和脂血标本对凝血指标检测结果的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察、研究在对凝血指标的检测结果中脂血标本与溶血标本产生的影响情况。方法:分别从2018年6月~2020年6月在本院收集的临床血液标本中抽取80例来作为研究对象,其中37例为溶血标本组,剩下43例则为脂血标本组。分别针对溶血标本组和脂血标本组再进行第二次的复检工作,最后比较分析两组的凝血指标检测结果,例如:TT(凝血酶时间)、PT(凝血酶原时间)、Fbg(纤维蛋白原)以及APTT(活化部分凝血活酶时间)等。结果:溶血标本组和脂血标本组第二次的复检结果和第一次的凝血指标的检测结果都有较为明显的偏差,这也说明脂血标本与溶血标本都会对凝血指标结果产生一定程度的影响,两组差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相关凝血指标检测工作人员在针对一些有疑问的血液标准时要再次进行复检工作,这样才能更好地保障凝血指标检测结果的真实有效性。Objective:To observe and study the influence of lipid blood sample and hemolytic sample in the detection results of coagulation index.Methods:80 cases of clinical blood samples collected in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research object,including 37 cases of hemolytic sample group and 43 cases of lipid blood group.The second reexamination was carried out for the hemolytic sample group and the lipid blood sample group respectively.Finally,the coagulation index test results of the two groups were compared and analyzed,such as TT(thrombin time),Pt(prothrombin time),FBG(fibrinogen)and APTT(activated partial thromboplastin time),etc.Results:The second re examination results of hemolytic sample group and lipid blood sample group were significantly different from those of the first blood coagulation index test results,which indicated that both lipid blood samples and hemolytic samples would have a certain degree of influence on coagulation index results,and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The relevant coagulation indicators testing staff should re-examine some questionable blood standards,so as to better ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of coagulation indicators test results.
