立足山水格局的湖泊型风景区景观风貌控制方法——以南北湖、东钱湖为例

摘　　要：在旅游高速发展的冲击下,风景名胜区保护与建设之间的矛盾日益凸显。探讨了在山水格局指导下的湖泊型风景名胜区的景观风貌控制体系的建立。通过对山水格局的要素构成、类型的分析,提出了山水格局在景区开拓方向、发展空间布局及其项目选址的重要作用。基于宏观的总体山水态势及微观的山水空间关系的研判,分别从风景区总体风貌和组团风貌2个层面出发,系统地总结了不同山水空间特征指导建筑风貌控制因子、界面的选择,最终制定整体控制方案的方法,以寻求山水格局与风景建设的平衡关系,实现景区可持续发展。并结合南北湖、东钱湖2个典型的湖泊型风景区案例加以论证,为其他湖泊型风景区的景观风貌控制提供一定的参考。Under the impact of the rapid development of tourism,the contradiction between the protection and construction of scenic area is increasingly prominent.This paper discusses the establishment of the protection and control system of lakedominant scenic spots under the guidance of landscape pattern.Through the analysis of the elements composition and type of the landscape pattern,this paper puts forward its important role in the development direction,spatial layout and project location.Based on the judgment of the overall landscape situation and the micro landscape spatial relationship,this paper systematically summarizes the spatial characteristics classification and the control factors selection methods,so as to seek the balance between the landscape and construction,to achieve the sustainable development of scenic area.In addition,two typical scenic areas,Nanbei Lake and Dongqian Lake,are demonstrated to provide some reference for the protection and control of other lake lake-dominant scenic areas.
