摘　　要：在国家建设大运河文化带及杭州市高品质推进大城北建设的战略背景下,围绕“保护好、传承好、利用好”的整体要求,针对现状及早期规划存在的问题,提出“城市拥河发展,空间沿河开放,文化依河生长”的规划理念。试图对景观带的整体布局、城河关系的梳理、景观风貌管控与引导、工业及文化遗产的利用等方面提出解决方案并形成建设导则,期望总结出适合文化遗产类滨河景观带的规划及管控方法。Under the strategic background of national construction of the Grand Canal cultural belt and Hangzhou's high-quality promotion of the construction of the north of the grand city,focusing on the overall requirements of"good protection,good inheritance and good utilization",aiming at the problems existing in the current situation and early planning,the planning concept of"the city embraces the development of the river,the space is open along the river,and the culture grows according to the river"is put forward.This paper attempts to put forward solutions and form construction guidelines for the overall layout of the landscape belt,the carding of the relationship between the city and the river,the management and guidance of the landscape style,the utilization of industrial and cultural heritage,and expects to summarize the planning and management methods suitable for the cultural heritage riverside landscape belt.
