低成本、高情感、同参与的乡村整治实践探索——以桐庐茆坪村环境整治提升工程为例

摘　　要：随着乡村振兴国家战略的快速推进,国内村庄整治实践如火如荼。在追求速度与效益的背景下,如果不采取更加谨慎的态度,把握好整治设计的策略和力度,那么一些村庄特别是具有历史文化特色的古村落将会遭受新一轮的人为破坏。桐庐茆坪村环境整治提升工程采用“乡村填空”微更新模式及“低成本”“高情感”和“同参与”三大技术措施,较为系统地探索和思考了当前阶段大量浙江乡村特别是古村落环境整治的思路与对策,以期对时下的乡村整治提升起到借鉴和启发作用。With the rapid development of the national strategy of rural revitalization,the practice of village renovation in China is in full swing.In this context of speed and efficiency,some villages,especially those with historical and cultural characteristics,will suffer a new round of man-made destruction by not taking a cautious attitude and grasping the strategy and strength of renovation design.Tonglu Maoping Village's environmental renovation and upgrading project adopts the"countryside filling in"micro-renewal mode,and three technical measures of"low cost","high emotion"and"coparticipation".This paper systematically explores and considers the ideas and countermeasures of environmental remediation of a large number of Zhejiang villages,especially ancient villages,at the current stage,so as to provide reference and inspiration for the current rural improvement.
