宁泌泰治疗体外碎石后的下尿路刺激症状的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨宁泌泰治疗输尿管下段结石体外碎石后的下尿路刺激症状的效果。方法:选取120例输尿管下段结石患者,所有患者均根据彩超报告为依据,结石大小为0.6~1.0 cm,肾集合系统分离<2 cm,发病时间在1周以内,用体外超声波碎石治疗后出现下尿路刺激症状(尿频,尿急,尿痛,排尿困难)的患者入选,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组患者治疗方法均为碎石后出现尿路刺激症状即开始口服宁泌泰胶囊。对照组患者口服排石颗粒。结果:经治疗后,观察组患者痊愈率、显效率均明显高于对照组,观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宁泌泰对输尿管下段结石碎石后出现的下尿路刺激症状的治疗有明显疗效。Objective:To study the effect of Ningmitai in the treatment of lower urinary tract irritation symptomsafter extracorporeal lithotripsy of lower ureteral calculi.Method:Select 120 cases of patients with lower ureteral calculi.According to the color ultrasound reports,the calculi sizesof all patients are between 0.6 and 1.0 cm,the separation of renal collecting systemis less than 2 cm and the onset time is within a week.Patients who suffered from lower urinary tract irritation symptoms(frequent micturition,urgent micturition,odynuria and dysuresia)after in vitro ultrasonic lithotripsy treatment were included and randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the observation group,patients were instructed to take Ningmitai capsules orally immediately upon occurance of urinary tract irritationsymptoms after lithotripsy.In the control group,patients were asked to take the lithagogue powder orally.Results:After treatment,the recovery rate and obvious effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,thus the effect was obvious;the overall response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference of the overall response rates of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ningmitai has obvious effect in the treatment of lower urinary tract irritation symptoms after lithotripsy of lower ureteral calculi.
