摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA护理对肩袖损伤修复患者术后肩关节功能的影响。方法:选取64例肩袖损伤患者为研究对象,根据住院时间先后分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者给予常规护理管理模式,实验组患者在常规护理管理模式基础上采用PDCA护理管理模式,比较两组患者肩关节功能恢复、功能锻炼依从性的差异。结果:给患者实施PDCA护理后,患者术后3个月肩关节功能评分、功能锻炼依从率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对患者实施PDCA护理,能提高患者功能锻炼依从性,促进术后肩关节功能的恢复,改善患者生活质量,提高患者满意度。Objective:To investigate the effect of PDCA nursing on shoulder joint function after rotator cuff injury repair.Methods:64 cases of patients with rotator cuff injury as the research object,has been included in the control group and experimental group respectively according to the length of time,the control group given routine nursing management mode,the experimental group on the basis of routine nursing management mode using PDCA nursing management mode.Two groups of patients with shoulder joint function recovery,functional exercise adherence were compared.Results:after PDCA nursing,the patients'shoulder joint function score and compliance rate of functional exercise 3 months after surgery were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion:PDCA nursing can improve patients'compliance with functional exercise,promote the recovery of shoulder joint function,improve patients'quality of life,and improve patients'satisfaction.
