胃癌围手术期快速康复外科理念下前移护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复外科理念下前移护理模式在胃癌患者围手术期中的应用价值。方法:选择医院普外科行胃癌根治术的患者80例,随机数表法分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者予以快速康复外科理念下前移护理措施,对照组患者予以常规护理措施。比较两组患者临床指标、术后并发症发生率以及不良情绪情况。结果:观察组患者拔除胃管时间、下床活动时间、初次排气时间及术后住院时间均明显短于对照组,且术后并发症总发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理干预后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)与汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于胃癌患者围手术期实施快速康复外科理念下前移护理有助于促进患者康复,具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of he Enhanced Recovery After Surger concept of the perioperative advancement nursing mode of gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer who underwent radical gastrectomy in general surgery department of Hospital 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table.Patients in the observation group were given Enhanced Recovery After Surger concept of the advancement nursing intervention measures.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures.The clinical indicators,incidence of postoperative complications an negative emotional changes were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the time of removal of gastric tube,time of getting out of bed,time of initial exhaust and postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was significantly reduced(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,scores of Hamilton depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Advancement nursing under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative period for gastric cancer patients is helpful to promote the recovery of patients and has high application value.
