智力低下儿童的中医证候特征分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童智力低下的中医证候特征。方法:对612例受试者进行智力测试,筛查出智力低下组(MR组)348例和认知正常组(NC组)264例,进行中医证候辨别,中医证候评分及中医证候对MR的危险度研究。结果:MR组的肾精亏虚证、痰浊蒙窍证、瘀阻脑络证的分布及证候积分显著高于NC组(P<0.01);中医证候对MR的危险度研究显示,肾精亏虚证、痰浊蒙窍证、瘀阻脑络证的回归系数分别为5.693、6.116、6.869(P<0.01)。结论:儿童智力低下的证候以肾精亏虚、痰浊蒙窍、瘀阻脑络为主。Objective:To discuss the characteristic of syndrome of Chinese medicine in mental retardation.Methods:There were 348 cases in mental retardation group(MR group)and 264 cases in normal cognitive function group(NC group)264 cases,by the intelligence test of 612 cases.And these patients were identified TCM syndromes,calculated TCM syndrome scores,and studied on the risk of TCM syndromes to mental retardation.Results:Comparing with the NC group,the occurrence rates and syndrome scores of syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence,syndrome of orifices confused by phlegm and syndrome of blood stasis blocking brain were significantly higher in MR group(P<0.01).Concerning the risk of different syndromes to MR,the regression coefficient was 5.693、6.116、6.869 in syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence,syndrome of orifices confused by phlegm and syndrome of blood stasis blocking brain(P<0.01).Conclusion:The main Chinese medical syndrome in mental retardation are syndrome of deficiency of kidney essence,syndrome of orifices confused by phlegm and syndrome of blood stasis blocking brain.
