摘　　要：海红果是我国黄土丘陵沟壑地区一种珍贵的本土稀有树种资源,栽培历史至少达千年之久。古代劳动人民在栽培海红果树的过程中,形成了精细的栽培技术体系,并在利用其食用价值的同时,充分挖掘和利用其观赏价值、经济价值与药用价值。海红果的栽培及其在古代生活中的多元利用,印证了中国古代劳动人民独特的生存智慧,承载了悠久的中华农业文明和厚重的农耕文化。时至今日,散布在陕晋蒙黄土丘陵沟壑区的古海红果树群,已成为重要农业文化遗产发掘工作的重要内容。Haihong fruit is rare and precious native tree species in hilly and gully region of China,which have been cultivated for at least one thousand years.When cultivating Haihong fruit trees,ancient working people formed a fine cultivation technology system,and fully excavated and utilized its ornamental value,economic value and medicinal value while using its edible value.The cultivation of Haihong fruit and its multiple uses in ancient life confirm the unique survival wisdom of ancient Chinese working people,bearing a long Chinese agricultural civilization and a heavy farming culture.Up to now,the ancient Haihong fruit trees scattered in the hilly and gully region of Shaanxi,Shanxi and Mongolia have become an important part of the excavation of important agricultural relics.
