摘  要:为了解不同小麦种质资源的遗传多样性,本研究选用37对SSR引物分析了350份2012—2017年间进行新品种保护的小麦种质的遗传多样性。结果表明,37对引物共检测到288个多态性位点,平均每对引物检测到7.784个,变化范围为2~14个;等位基因多样性指数分布范围为0.268~0.807,平均值0.653;引物的多态信息含量平均值为0.608,变幅为0.250~0.785。采用neighbor joining法进行聚类,将350份小麦种质划分为四大类,多为具有相同亲本或亲缘关系相近的材料聚在一起。综上,350份小麦种质具有较大遗传差异,可为小麦育种的亲本选择提供参考。In order to understand the genetic diversity of different wheat germplasms,37 pairs of SSR primers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of 350 wheat germplasms which were in the New Plant Variety Protection in 2012-2017.The results showed that a total of 288 polymorphic loci were detected by 37 pairs of primers,with the mean of 7.784 per primer pair and the polymorphic loci of each pair of primers ranged from 2 to 14.The distribution range of allele diversity index was 0.268~0.807 with the mean of 0.653.The average value of polymorphic information content of primers was 0.608 with a range of 0.250~0.785.Through cluster analysis,350 wheat germplasms were divided into four groups by neighbor joining method,and the materials with the same parents or close relationship were clustered together.In conclusion,the 350 wheat germplasms had large genetic differences,which would provide references for parent selection in wheat breeding.
