摘  要:为探究有机物料腐熟剂对小麦茎基腐病的影响,本试验分析了添加有机物料腐熟剂后小麦茎基腐病发生程度。结果显示,与阳性对照相比,施用有机物料腐熟剂后小麦茎基腐发病率和小麦死亡率分别降低48.80%和62.56%;生理指标分析显示有机物料腐熟剂处理后小麦株高和地上部、根鲜重高于阳性对照,根部受假禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium pseudograminearum)侵染较少。综上,使用有机物料腐熟剂可以减轻小麦茎基腐病原菌对小麦的危害。In order to explore the effects of organic material decomposing agent on Fusarium crown rot of wheat,the occurrence degree of Fusarium crown rot was analyzed after adding organic material decomposition agent.The results showed that the incidence rate of Fusarium crown rot and mortality rate of wheat decreased by 48.80%and 62.56%,respectively after applying the organic material decomposing agent compared with the positive control.The results of physiological index analysis showed that the height and the fresh weight of wheat were higher than those of the positive control,and the roots were less infected by Fusarium pseudograminearum.In summary,the organic material decomposing agent could reduce the damage of Fusarium crown rot to wheat.
