摘　　要：本试验选取产期和胎次相近的10头母驴及其驴驹并随机分为两组,试验组日粮中添加30g/(头·d)复合益生菌,旨在探究复合益生菌对德州驴产奶量、产奶品质及驴驹生长性能的影响。结果显示,与对照组相比,复合益生菌在试验后期提高了母驴产奶量,延缓了产奶量下降趋势,同时一定程度上提高了驴奶乳脂率、真蛋白含量、总干物质含量。复合益生菌可显著提高驴驹体重(P<0.05),降低驴驹腹泻率。本研究为提高泌乳期母驴生产性能和驴驹生长性能提供了新思路,为益生菌在驴养殖业中的应用奠定了基础。The object of present study was to explore the effects of compound probiotics on milk yield,milk quality of Dezhou female donkeys and growth performance of foals.In this study,10 female donkeys with similar birth stage and their foals with similar birth date were divided into two groups randomly.The experimental group was treated with 30 g compound probiotics per head every day for 120 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,compound probiotics increased the milk yield at late stage and delayed the decreasing trend of milk production,meanwhile,improved the milk fat rate and the contents of true protein and total dry matter.Compound probiotics could significantly increase the weight of foals(P<0.05),and reduce the diarrhea rate of foals.This study not only provided a new way to improve the productive performance of lactational donkeys and growth performance of foals,but also laid a foundation for the application of probiotics in donkey breeding.
