摘　　要：曹贻训教授认为慢性化脓性骨髓炎病因多样,主要包括风寒湿邪侵袭、热毒注骨、正气虚弱、肾虚致病。病机特点为虚中夹实,治疗既要清热解毒,又要扶养正气。急性期局部热毒壅盛,处方解毒汤;慢性期气血两虚、余毒未尽,处方扶正排毒汤;伤口长期不愈者,配合2号洗药外洗。列举验案1则说明疗效。Professor CAO Yixun holds that chronic suppurative osteomyelitis has various causes,including the invasion of wind,cold,and dampness pathogen,heat toxin invading bone,deficiency of healthy qi,and kidney deficiency.The pathogenesis is characterized by a mixture of deficiency and excess.The treatment should not only clear heat and remove toxin,but also support healthy qi.In acute phase,Jiedu Decoction(解毒汤)is prescribed to treat local heat toxin which is exuberant.While in chronic phase,Fuzheng Paidu Decoction(扶正排毒汤)is prescribed to treat qi and blood deficiency and residual toxin.If the wound has not healed for a long time,wash it with NO.2 Lotion(2号洗液).A successful case is listed in the paper to illustrate the efficacy.
