摘 要:本文以铜渣为主要原料,加入不同掺量的Na2O添加剂,采用Petrurgic方法制备了铜渣微晶玻璃样品,并结合力学性能测试,差示扫描量热法(DSC-TG),X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析方法,探究了不同热制度和不同Na2O含量对微晶玻璃结构和性能的影响规律。研究表明:在900℃析晶温度和2%Na2O掺入量条件下制备的铜渣微晶玻璃性能较优,其抗折强度为109.87 MPa。Na2O含量对微晶玻璃性能的影响具有两面性,当Na2O在铜渣中的掺量不超过2%时,辉石晶粒细化,力学性能逐渐增加并达到最高;当Na2O添加量超过2%,磁铁矿大量析出并抑制辉石相的结晶,力学性能下降;当Na2O添加量增加到4%~8%,磁铁矿相大量析出并相互堆积,力学性能提高。In this paper,different proportion of Na2O was added into copper slag to prepare glass-ceramics by the Petrurgic method.Combined with mechanics performance testing,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC-TG),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),effects of different crystallization temperature and Na2O content on the structure and properties of glass ceramics were discussed respectively.Results showed that by the Petrurgic method,a copper slag-based glass-ceramics was able to get the best properties with crystallization at 900℃and addition of 2%Na2O,and glass-ceramics prepared at the optimal condition had the highest flexural resistance of 109.87 MPa.Increase of proportion of Na2O had dual character on the properties of glass-ceramics.When the addition of Na2O was less than 2%,crystallization of pyroxene grains was refined,and the mechanical properties reached the highest level.When the addition of Na2O reached over 2%,magnetite precipitated in large quantities inhibited the crystallization of pyroxene and the mechanical properties decreased.When the addition of Na2O increased to 4%~8%,magnetite was precipitated and accumulated massively and the mechanical properties was enhanced again.
