摘  要:利用实验室箱式加热炉对试验钢进行不同退火工艺试验,研究热轧Cr-Mn-Ni-N奥氏体不锈钢再结晶退火行为。通过硬度法与金相法对试验钢的再结晶完成时间和温度进行了测定,再根据Arrhenius公式计算了试验钢的再结晶激活能,并拟合再结晶线性方程。试验结果表明:当退火时间为150 s时,再结晶温度为1393 K;当退火温度为1453 K时,再结晶时间为60 s;再结晶激活能为257 kJ/mol;再结晶完成时间预测模型为lnτ=-17.27+31021.14/T。In order to study the re-crystallization and annealing behavior of hot-rolled Cr-Mn-Ni-N austenitic stainless steel,the laboratory box-type heating furnace was utilized to conduct different annealing process experiments on the test steels.Via the hardness method and the metallographic method,the recrystallization completion time and temperature of the test steel were concluded.According to the Arrhenius formula,the recrystallization activation energy of the test steel was calculated and the recrystallization linear equation was obtained.The results showed that when the annealing time was 150 s,the recrystallization temperature was 1393 K;When the annealing temperature was 1453 K,the recrystallization time was 60 s;The prediction model for the completion time of re-crystallization was lnτ=-17.27+31021.14/T.
