摘 要:通过对外翘皮钢管试样进行电镜扫描分析,排除了管坯连铸工序因保护浇注不当而导致管坯质量问题的可能性;通过金相组织分析,并结合样管内、外表面质量基本情况,确定管坯加热工序操作正常;通过对夹杂物分析,排除了因冶炼工序操作不当而引起的管坯质量问题;通过脱碳层分析,确定了管坯原始裂纹是钢管外翘皮产生的原因。Given the analysis of the warped steel tube tested by SEM,the possibility of quality problems caused by improper protection in continuous casting process of tube billet was eliminated;Through metallographic analysis and the exploration of the inner and outer surface quality of the sample tube,the heating process of tube blank functioned well;Via the analysis of inclusions,the quality problems of tube blank caused by improper operation in smelting process were eliminated;By the research of decarburization layer,it was determined that the crack of tube blank was caused by steel tube warping.
