摘　　要：针对新钢11号高炉喷煤枪使用寿命偏短的问题,通过改善喷枪制作材质、直吹管改造、加强制粉管理保证煤粉质量、安装煤量调节装置、安装支管检堵及自动吹扫补气装置、加强员工培训等措施,使高炉喷煤枪使用寿命明显提高,为同类高炉处理类似问题提供了经验参考。In this paper,the short service life of coal lance in Xinyu steel’s No.11 BF stack was analyzed.Through improving material quality,reforming blowpipe,strengthening the management of powder process,installing the flow control device,branch pipe inspection,automatic purging and air replenishing device,strengthening staff training and other measures,the service life of coal lance was obviously increased.As such,it provided a reference for dealing with similar BF problems.
