摘　　要：金属结合剂金刚石工具通常采用热压烧结制备工艺,需要较高的电力和石墨模具消耗。此外,石墨模具在使用和加工过程中产生的粉尘也存在一定的环境污染和对从业人员的职业健康危害。为此,提出了一种自蔓延-钎焊制备金属结合剂金刚石工具的方法,研究结果表明添加Ni-Cr含量超过40 wt.%时,在Ni-Al基体中可以形成均匀分布且呈网络状结构的钎焊合金相。金刚石和基体的结合界面形成了由Cr7C3等碳化物组成的连续富Cr层,从而形成了化学冶金结合。经成分进一步优化后,自蔓延-钎焊法制备的结合剂可以获得700 MPa左右的抗弯强度。以此为基础制备了金刚石工具样品,对花岗岩进行了磨削加工测试,结果表明,金刚石工具对花岗岩具有较好的加工能力。Metal bonded diamond tools are normally manufactured by hot-press sintering technology,which is a high electric power consuming process and a large number of graphite moulds are used as well.Graphite dust is hazardous to the employees'health and there is also an environmental pollution in the using and machining of graphite mould.For the purpose,this paper proposes a self-propagating-brazing method for preparing metal bond diamond tools.The result reveals that a homogeneously dispersed and interconnected Ni-Cr filler alloy in the matrix of Ni-Al can be obtained with addition of over 40 wt.%Ni-Cr alloy.A continuous chromium rich layer,composed of chromium carbide,has been formed at the interface between diamond grit and matrix,which renders a chemical bond of diamond grit.The bending strength up to 700 MPa is achieved for the bonding agent prepared by the SHS-brazing method.On this basis,a diamond tool is prepared with the SHS-brazing method.The grinding test shows that the diamond tool has a good machining ability on the granite.
