摘 要:实验采用机械合金化法(MA)合成了具有面心立方结构,高浓度C空位缺陷的非化学计量比TiC0.5,以TiC0.5为主体,在空位扩散的辅助作用下,利用SPS烧结技术成功烧结制备了空位诱导扩散型高熵陶瓷。研究表明三种组元高熵陶瓷在1600℃烧结温度下均能获得单一的高熵陶瓷物相,陶瓷体内单个晶粒中金属原子分布均匀,而使用TiC替代TiC0.5的对比实验在相同条件下均没有获得想要的单一物相,且烧结体内单个晶粒中存在金属原子偏聚的现象。高熵陶瓷原子密排面不平坦的特性对其断裂韧性改善较大,且不损失材料硬度,其中五组元高熵陶瓷在1800℃条件下,断裂韧性达到7.74 MPa·m^1/2,硬度为23.4 GPa。The mechanical alloying method(MA)was used to synthesize a non-stoichiometric ratio TiC0.5 of a face-centered cubic structure and a high concentration of C vacancy defects.Then,with SPS sintering technology and the vacancy diffusion supporting,vacancy induced diffusion type high-entropy ceramics of which the main body is TiC0.5 were successfully sintered.The research showed that high-entropy ceramics of different components presented a single high-entropy ceramic phase at a sintering temperature of 1600℃,andthe metal atoms in a single grain of the ceramic body were evenly distributed.But the comparative experiment in which TiC0.5 was replaced by TiC did not obtain the desired single phase under the same conditions,and a phenomenon of segregation of metal atoms in the individual grains of sintered body appeared.The unevenness of the atomic closed-packing face in high-entropy ceramics greatly improved its fracture toughness with no loss in material hardness.Among them,the five-component high-entropy ceramics had a fracture toughness of 7.74 MPa·m^1/2 and a hardness of 23.4 GPa at 1800℃.
