摘　　要：对链轮木模模型的传统工艺进行改进,采用木气结合工艺制作链轮模型,减少了芯盒的制作和砂芯的制备,节约了木材原料,减轻了模型工工作量,缩短了制模周期。介绍了木气结合工艺在木模制作中的合理应用。The traditional wooden pattern making technology used for sprocket castings was improved. A combination of wooden and expendable patterns was adopted to reduce the production of core box and sand core, save wood materials, reduce the workload of the molders, and shorten the cycle of the pattern making. The reasonable application of wooden and expendable materials combined technology in the production of pattern making is also introduced.
