25%噻虫嗪水分散粒剂在玉米秸秆中残留及检测方法研究

摘  要:本文对目前吉林地区噻虫嗪在青贮玉米秸秆残留研究,采用高效液相色谱法检测青玉米秸秆样品中噻虫嗪残留分析方法线性范围在0.50~1.00mg/kg,相关系数均>0.9932,平均回收率在79.31%~88.95%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在3.75%~7.52%之间。施药14d后,消解95%以上,因此,每年8~9月份农户采收青玉米秸秆作为青贮饲料是否可行具有参考意义。In this paper,thiamethiazine residue in maize straw in Jilin area was studied.The residue was determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The method was found to be linear at the range of 0.50~1.00mg/kg with the correlation coefficients above 0.9932,the average recovery 79.31%~88.95% and relative standard deviation(RSD)3.75%~7.52%.After 14 days of application,more than 95% thiamethiazine had been degraded.Therefore,it is of reference significance whether it is feasible for farmers to harvest corn stalks as silage from August to September every year.
