摘　　要：目的:观察、评价分析TLR4和IL-23在鼻息肉组织中和正常下鼻甲鼻黏膜上皮组织中的表达及其意义。有利于进一步研究二者在鼻息肉中的作用及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术的方法分析48例鼻息肉黏膜组织中TLR4与IL-23的表达与分析,同时选择40例鼻中隔偏曲手术的患者正常下鼻甲鼻黏膜上皮组织中TLR4与IL-23的表达与分析进行对比。结果:①TLR4、IL-23主要表达在上皮细胞、腺体细胞、固有层炎性细胞细胞膜或细胞质中。②TLR4、IL-23在实验组中的表达高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),用SPearman相关性分析TLR4与IL-23在鼻息肉组织中表达的相关性(r=0.516,P<0.05)。结论:TLR4与IL-23在鼻息肉组织中的表达呈正相关性。Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of TLR4 and IL-23 in nasal polyps and normal nasal mucosa epithelium of inferior turbinate.Methods:The expressions of TLR4 and IL-23 in the mucosal tissues of 48 nasal polyps and 40 nasal septum deviated patients were compared and analyzed by immunohistochemical method.Results:TLR4 and IL-23 were mainly expressed in epithelial cells,glandular cells,lamina propria inflammatory cell membrane or cytoplasm.The expression of TLR4 and IL-23 in nasal polyp tissues was higher than that in normal nasal mucosa epithelium of inferior turbinate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SPearman correlation analysis showed that TLR4 was positively correlated with il-23 expression in nasal polyp tissues(r=0.516,P<0.05).Conclusion:TLR4 and IL-23 are highly expressed in nasal polyp tissue,and the two are positively correlated.
