摘  要:目的:探讨慢性肛周湿疹患者联合使用二氧化碳激光、复方多粘菌素B治疗的临床价值。方法:选取2018-07~2020-01本院接诊的120例慢性肛周湿疹患者展开研究,按入组时间将所有患者随机分为研究组和常规组,为常规组患者使用复方多粘菌素B软膏进行治疗,研究组则联合使用使用二氧化碳激光、复方多粘菌素B进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、自觉症状、皮损指标等水平均优于常规组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肛周湿疹患者联合使用二氧化碳激光、复方多粘菌素B治疗,能够有效改善患者的各项临床症状,促进患者创面恢复,提高患者的治疗总有效率。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of carbon dioxide laser combined with compound polymyxin B in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with chronic perianal eczema treated in Xinhui District People's Hospital of Jiangmen city from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected for study,and the patients were divided into study group and conventional group according to the time of enrollment.Patients in the conventional group were treated with compound polymyxin B ointment,while those in the study group were treated with carbon dioxide laser combined with compound polymyxin B.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions,the level of conscious symptoms and skin lesions in the study group were all better than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of carbon dioxide laser combined with compound polymyxin B in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote wound recovery,and improve the total effective rate of treatment.
