摘  要:锦屏一级水电站4号中孔工作闸门无水启闭试验时,充压水封发生了破裂。笔者通过详细分析中孔工作闸门无水启闭试验过程,结合中孔工作闸门开度与充压水封压力曲线图,找出闸门开度检测异常是造成4号中孔充压水封破裂的原因。通过优化程序等防范措施,有效避免了因闸门开度检测异常导致充压水封破裂。给同类型水电站预防及处理类似问题提供参考。During the waterless opening and closing test of No.4 middle outlet service gate of Jinping I Hydropower Station,the pressurized water seal burst.Based on the detailed analysis of the waterless opening and closing test process of the middle outlet service gate,and combined with the curve diagram of the opening of the middle outlet service gate and the pressure of the pressurized water seal,it is found that the abnormal opening of the gate is the cause of the breakage of the pressurized water seal at No.4 middle outlet.By optimizing the process and other preventive measures,the breakage of the pressurized water seal caused by abnormal gate opening is effectively avoided.It provides a reference for similar hydropower stations for the prevention and treatment on similar problems.
