摘　　要：针对物流实验室建设过程中可能会出现的问题,从培养目标定位、实验室功能定位、实验室场地的选取与评估、实验室的建设与验收、实验室的使用管理、实验室开放管理、实验室安全教育与安全管理、实验室科研及教研成果统计管理、实验室管理人员的选配与绩效、物流实验室的持续建设方面,谈了几点应注意的问题。Aiming at the problems that may appear in the process of logistics laboratory construction,the thesis discussed several points for attention about orientation of teaching target,functional orientation of laboratory,the management of open labs,laboratory safety education and safety management,statistical management of laboratory scientific research,teaching and research results,selection and performance of laboratory managers and continuous construction of logistics laboratory.
