摘  要:针对往复走丝线切割机床多次切割绝对尺寸控制问题进行研究。首先通过试验论证,影响多次切割绝对尺寸的主要因素是修刀时的实际修整量低于理论修整量;其次,分析了修刀修整量、峰值电流、伺服进给速度、电极丝张力、丝速以及工件厚度对修刀尺寸的影响规律,并根据上述规律提出多次切割修刀的优化方案,以提升尺寸精度;再次,为更好地获得尺寸精度,采取在修整量不变的情况下通过修改电极丝补偿量进行调整,并获得了电极丝补偿量调整经验公式;最后,采用优化加工方案对60 mm厚工件进行切割验证。验证结果表明:电极丝补偿量调整经验公式计算结果与实际获得绝对尺寸的电极丝补偿仅相差3μm,采用60 mm厚工件三次切割能达到±3μm的尺寸精度,其腰鼓度误差控制在5μm以内。Some experiments were carried out to study on the problem of controlling the specified size of multiple cutting in wire cut electrical discharge machining(WEDM).Firstly,it was demonstrated that the main factor that affects the absolute size of multiple cutting is the actual removed quantity is lower than the theoretical removed quantity during the trim cutting.Secondly,the influences of theoretical removed quantity,peak current,servo feed speed,electrode wire tension,wire speed and workpiece thickness on the dimensional accuracy were analyzed,and an optimization plan for multiple cutting was proposed according to the above rules to improve the dimensional accuracy.Then,in order to obtain better dimension precision,the adjustment was made by adjusting the compensation of the electrode wire without changing the theoretical removed quantity,and the empirical formula for adjusting the compensation of the electrode wire was obtained.Finally,the cutting verification of 60 mm thickness workpiece was carried out by using the optimization scheme.The results showed that the empirical formula for adjusting the compensation of electrode wire is only 3μm different from the actual absolute size,while the dimension accuracy of±3μm can be achieved after three cuts of 60 mm thickness workpiece,and the drum-shaped inaccuracy was controlled within 5μm.
