座谈式教学模式在公安院校思政课教学中的应用

摘　　要：如何使思政课更具感染力、说服力、影响力和战斗力,切实增强思政课课堂教学的实效性,一直是公安院校思政课教师研究与探讨的重要问题。现实中,公安院校思政课教学存在着教材话语困境、教师“话语霸权”、学生“失语”现象,“师道尊严”制约师生平等对话等问题,而座谈式教学模式在解决这些问题时具有独特优势。公安院校思政课在引入座谈式教学过程中,应当注意提升教师自身素质、精选和设计座谈话题以及教学设计的针对性等环节,努力提升思政教学的实效性。It has been an important topic for teachers of ideological and political course in police colleges to study and discuss how to make the ideological and political course more appealing,persuasive,influential and effective,and effectively enhance the effectiveness of classroom teaching of ideological and political course.In practice,teaching of political thought in police colleges witnesses the dilemma of textbook discourse,"hegemony"of teachers'discourse,and"aphasia"on the part of students.Discussion-based teaching mode has unique advantages in solving these problems.While introducing discussion-based teaching mode,attention should be paid to improvement of teachers'quality,selection and design of discussion topics and the pertinence of teaching design with a view to improving the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching.
