摘　　要：为了解贵州省习水国家自然保护区内暗色丝孢菌物种资源,对采自该地区的枯枝标本上的暗色丝孢菌进行保湿处理后,对标本上的暗色丝孢菌进行形态学鉴定。通过查阅相关资料和文献,鉴定出菌株Virgatospora echinofibrosa(HMZNC0346)为中国大陆新记录种,Domingoella caesalpiniae(HMZNC0370)为中国新记录种。标本保存于遵义师范学院真菌学标本室(HMZNC)。To survey the population of dematiaceous hyphomycetes of a subtropical forest in Xishui National Nature Reserve in Guizhou,dematiacous hyphomycetes was sampled from decaying twigs.The hyphae after cultivation was observed.Virgatospora echinofibrosa(HMZNC0346)is described as a new record species from China's Mainland,Domingoella caesalpiniae(HMZNC0370)is described as a newly recorded from China.The species are described and illustrated.The examined specimens are deposited in the Mycological Herbarium of Zunyi Normal College(HMZNC).
