摘  要:以秋茄的幼叶为外植体试验研究了黑暗条件下不同激素配比对愈伤组织形成的影响,包括筛选愈伤组织形成的最佳激素配比;用0.2%升汞溶液在不同消毒时间对消毒效果的影响;明确秋茄叶片愈伤组织的诱导和继代过程中是否存在褐变现象。结果表明:外源生长素对秋茄的幼叶愈伤组织形成是必需的,添加一定量的外源BA有助于提高愈伤组织诱导率;MS+1mg/L2,4-D+0.5mg/L6-BA为愈伤组织形成的最佳激素配比;秋茄嫩叶的消毒时间连续进行8min效果最佳,其成活率最高,污染率最低。The effect of various hormones ratio combinations under dark condition on K.candel callus formation was studied with the young leaf as explants,including screening out the optimal combination to induce the callus of young leaf.0.2%mercury solution was used to study the influence of different disinfection time on disinfection effect this paper ascertained whether there was the browning phenomenon or not in the process of callus induction and sub-inoculation.The result showed that the exogenous growth substances were necessary for adding BA to callus induction and formation. Ms +1 mg/L2,4-D +0.5 mg/L6-BA has the optimal hormones;and disinfection with continuous 8 min to leaf of K. candel has the optimal disinfection effect with the highest survival rate and the lowest rate of pollution.
