34起持刀伤医案件及相关因素分析  

Analysis of 34 Cases of Violence on Medical Staff with Knives and Related Factors

摘　　要：目的通过持刀伤医案件分析,探索针对性措施,防范严重伤医案件发生。方法从中国裁判文书官方网站收集2010―2019年持刀伤医相关的医患纠纷及刑事案件,共获得持刀伤医裁判文书35份,涉及34起案件,将案件相关数据录入Excel 2007进行统计分析。结果2010―2019年,34起持刀伤医案造成5人死亡、12人重伤、24人轻伤和10人轻微伤,涉及41名罪犯、4个罪名、6类医疗机构、4种犯罪动机、37把刀具和15个犯罪地点。结论犯罪数据在6类分组中各有特点,犯罪动机主要为报复和泄愤,背后的直接原因是病人及其家属对医疗过程不理解、对医疗行为不认同以及对医疗结果不满意。Objective To explore targeted measures to prevent the occurrence of serious cases of harming doctors through the analysis of cases of harming doctors with knives.Methods Doctor-patient disputes and criminal cases related to harming doctors with knives from 2010 to 2019 were collected from the official website of China Judgment Documents.A total of 35 copies of judgment documents related with harming doctors with knives were obtained,involving 34 judicial cases.The relevant data of the cases were collected with Excel 2007 for statistics analysis.Results From 2010 to 2019,34 medical cases involving knife wounds resulted in 5 deaths,12 serious injuries,24 minor injuries,and 10 light bodily injuries.They also involved 41 criminals,4 crimes,6 types of medical institutions,and 4 criminal motives,37 knives and 15 crime locations.Conclusion The crime data has its own characteristics in each of the six categories.The main motives of crime were revenge and venting anger.The direct reason behind it was that patients and their families did not understand the medical process,disagreed with the medical behavior,and were not satisfied with the medical results.
