摘　　要：DRG评价体系体现了医疗机构的综合医疗水平和疑难病例的诊疗能力。CMI值基于疾病和手术操作、反映医疗机构整体技术难度的综合评价指标。RW值反映疾病的严重程度、诊疗难度和消耗的医疗资源。病种结构是影响CMI值的关键因素,提升CMI值,要从优化医院的病种结构,减少低RW值病种占比,提升高RW值病种的占比入手。本文从实际工作出发,浅谈病种结构对DRG管理中的CMI值的影响。The DRGs evaluation system reflects the comprehensive medical ability and the ability of diagnosis and treatment of difficult cases of medical institutions.The CMI value is a comprehensive evaluation indicator based on diseases and surgical operations,reflecting the overall technical difficulty of medical institutions.The RW value reflects the severity of the disease,the difficulty of diagnosis and treatment,and the medical resources consumed.The disease structure is a key factor affecting the CMI value.To increase the CMI value,we must start with optimizing the hospital's disease structure,reducing the proportion of disease types with low RW,and increasing the proportion of disease types with high RW.Starting from actual work,this article discussed the influence of disease structure on the CMI value in DRGs management.
