摘  要:目的研究术中医务人员流动量对层流洁净手术室内空气含菌量、患者切口感染的影响。方法选择2018年3月至2019年6月于本院层流洁净手术室接受手术的患者143例,按医务人员流动情况分流动组108例和非流动组35例。对手术室空气采样并进行细菌培养,准确计算空气含菌量,观察患者术切口感染发生率,分析术中医务人员流动量与层流洁净手术室内空气含菌量及患者切口感染的相关性。结果流动组术中0.5小时、1小时、1.5小时、2小时及术毕时手术室空气含菌量均明显高于非流动组(p<0.05);1~10人次组术中0.5小时、1小时、1.5小时、2小时及术毕时手术室空气含菌量均明显低于10人次以上组(p<0.05);非流动组患者切口感染发生率0.00%(0/35)低于流动组的15.74%(17/108)(p<0.05);1~10人次组患者的切口感染发生率2.86%(1/34),低于10人次以上组的21.62%(16/74)(p<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析发现,术中医务人员流动量与层流洁净手术室内空气含菌量、患者切口感染发生率均呈正相关(r=0.629、0.738,p<0.05)。结论术中医务人员流动量与层流洁净手术室内空气含菌量及患者切口感染发生率存在显著相关性,即随着术中医务人员流动量增加,层流洁净手术室内空气含菌量增多,患者切口感染发生风险增加。Objective To study the influence of the flow of medical staff during the operation on the amount of bacteria in the air in the laminar flow clean operating room and the infection of the patient's incision.Methods 143 patients who underwent surgery in the laminar flow clean operating room of our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were selected.According to the flow of medical staff,they were divided into 108 cases in the flowing group and 35 cases in the nonflowing group.The air in the operating room was sampled to perform bacterial culture.The air bacteria content was accurately calculated.The incidence of surgical incision infections was observed.The correlation between the flow of medical staff during the operation and the air bacteria content in the laminar flow clean operating room and patients'incision infections was analyzed.Results The air bacteria content in the operating room of the flowing group was significantly higher than that of the non-flowing group at 0.5 hours,1 hour,1.5 hours,2 hours and at the end of the operation(p<0.05).The amount of bacteria in the air in the operating room at 0.5 hour,1 hour,1.5 hours,2 hours and the end of the operation in the 1-10 person-time group was significantly lower than that of the over 10 person-time group(p<0.05).The incidence of incision infection in the non-flowing group was 0.00%(0/35),lower than that in the flowing group,15.74%(17/108)(p<0.05).The incidence of incision infection in patients in the 1-10 person-time group was 2.86%(1/34),which was lower than 21.62%(16/74)of the over 10 person-time group(p<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the flow of medical staff during the operation was positively correlated with the amount of bacteria in the air in the laminar flow clean operating room,and the incidence of incision infection in patients(r=0.629,0.738,p<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the flow of medical staff during the operation and the amount of bacteria in the air in the laminar flow clean operating room and the
