摘  要:压延过程是改性双基推进剂加工过程的关键工序,而压延时间是压延工序的重要参数。压延时间过短,物料无法达到所要求的塑化程度,压延时间过长,随着物料水含量的减少,物料燃爆风险增大。确定合理的压延时间是改性双基推进剂加工过程中的重要课题。基于与改性双基推进剂塑化原理相似的代料研究了随压延时间的增加超声波反射回波幅值的变化,通过超声波反射法与SEM图探究了随压延时间的变化超声波反射回波幅值变化的原因。通过水浸法计算了超声波波长,发现超声波波长量级与醋酸纤维素颗粒接近,理论上证实了醋酸纤维素颗粒会造成超声波的衰减。测量了样片密度,发现随压延时间增加,样片密度先增加后趋于平稳;通过SEM图发现随压延时间的增加,样片中醋酸纤维素颗粒和气孔减少,使得超声波在样片中的衰减减少,进一步证实了醋酸纤维素颗粒会造成超声波的衰减。该研究为超声波应用于改性双基推进剂塑化程度的检测提供了借鉴。The calendering process is the key process of the processing of modified double base propellant,and the calendering time is the important parameter of the calendering process.If the calendering time is too short,the material cannot reach the required plasticization degree;if the calendering time is too long,the risk of material combustion and explosion will increase with the material reduction of water content.Determination a reasonable calendering time is an important topic in the processing of modified double base propellant.The variation of the amplitude of the ultrasonic reflection echo with the change of calendering processing time is studied based on alternative materials which have similar plasticization principle with modified double base propellant.Ultrasonic reflection method and SEM images is used to investigate the variation reason of the amplitude of the ultrasonic reflection echo with the change of calendering time.The ultrasonic wave length is calculated by water immersion method and it was found that the ultrasonic wave length is close to that of cellulose acetate on the order of magnitude,theoretically confirming that cellulose acetate particles can cause ultrasonic attenuation.The density of the sample is measured,finding the density of the sample rise with the calendering time at first and then approach to stablization.Through SEM,it was found that with the increase of calendering time,cellulose acetate particles and pores in the sample decreased,which reduced the attenuation of ultrasonic wave in the sample,further confirming that cellulose acetate particles can cause ultrasonic attenuation.This study provides a reference for the application of ultrasonic wave to the detection of plasticization degree of modified double base propellant.
