黄芪、陈皮、炒白术补中益气治疗脆性糖尿病中气亏虚证经验——仝小林三味小方撷萃

摘　　要：以黄芪、陈皮、炒白术为主药的补中益气汤,是仝小林教授临床辨证治疗脆性糖尿病中气亏虚证的效方。其辨证要点有二:一曰体倦乏力、二曰脉细弱。方中黄芪味甘微温,入脾肺经,补中益气,升阳固表,常用剂量30~120 g;炒白术补气健脾,常用剂量9~30 g;陈皮理气和胃,使诸药补而不滞,常用剂量9~15 g。用于以体倦乏力、舌淡脉虚为主要表现的脆性糖尿病患者,亦可用于内脏下垂、慢性胃肠炎以及重症肌无力等脾胃气虚或中气下陷者。同时,大量临床研究和循证医学证据显示,以上三味单药及其组成的复方均有显著的双向调节血糖效果,为脆性糖尿病患者通过中医手段控制血糖的一线用药。Buzhong Yiqi decoction,mainly composed of Astragalus membranaceus dried tangerine peel and Fried Atractylodes macrocephala,is an effective prescription for clinical differentiation and treatment of Brittle diabetes deficiency of Zhongqi syndrome by Professor TONG Xiaolin.Fatigue and weak pulse are the important factors to choose it.In this decoction,Astragalus membranaceus can tonify the middle qi and promote yang to strengthen the exterior by using 30-120 g;Fried Atractylodes macrocephala for invigorating qi and spleen by using 9-30 g;The Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae can regulate qi and stomach,so that the herbs can be used to replenish but not stagnate by using 9-15 g.It can also be used in patients with fragile diabetes whose main manifestations are fatigue and weakness of the body,light tongue and pulse deficiency,as well as visceral ptosis,chronic gastroenteritis and myasthenia gravis.At the same time,a large number of clinical studies and evidence-based medicine evidence show that the above three single drugs and their compound compounds have significant two-way blood glucose regulation effect,which is the first-line drug for brittle diabetes patients to control blood glucose by means of traditional Chinese medicine.
