摘　　要：王笑民教授认为恶性肿瘤分子靶向治疗药物实为大寒之品,治疗后所产生的皮疹、腹泻等一系列不良反应的病机在于中阳外泄,即中焦阳气浮越于外所致。治疗上应以温中焦之寒、补脾胃之虚配合清热凉血活血、祛风燥湿止痒为基本原则,标本兼治,寒热并调,最终使得患者中焦阴阳平衡,升降得序,外泄阳气归于体内,不良反应得到缓解。Professor WANG Xiaomin believes that molecular targeted therapy drugs for malignant tumors are cold medicine.The pathogenesis of a series of adverse reactions such as rash and diarrhea after treatment lies in the leakage of Zhongyang.Treatment should be based on the basic principles of warming to the middle jiao,tonifying the spleen and stomach,cooling blood,promoting blood circulation,dispelling pathogenic wind and removing dampness,as well as treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,teeating the symptoms of cold and heat,and fi nally the balance of the yin and yang in the patient’s middle jiao,and the order of ascending and descending.Yang qi is attributed to the body,and the adverse reactions are alleviated.
