宣肺逐瘀化痰法对间质性肺炎患者VC、FEV1、PEF、IL-6、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨宣肺逐淤化痰法治疗间质性肺炎的效果及对肺功能、炎症因子的影响。方法纳入符合标准的81例间质性肺炎患者,随机分为观察组(n=41)与对照组(n=40),对照组予西医常规治疗,观察组给予西药联合宣肺逐瘀化痰法的中西医联合治疗方式,2组疗程均为1个月,观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、临床疗效、肺功能(VC、FEV1/PEF)及炎症因子(IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP)水平的改善情况。结果2组中医证候积分治疗后均较治疗前降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率95.12%,优于对照组80.00%(P<0.05);2组治疗后,肺功能及血清炎性因子指标具有明显改善,VC、FEV1/PEF提高,IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宣肺逐瘀化痰法治疗间质性肺炎,可明显改善症状体征,提高患者肺功能及缓解炎症反应。Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of interstitial pneumonia by means of Xuanfei Zhuyu Huatan therapy and the effect on lung function and inflammatory factors.Methods The 81 patients with interstitial pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=40),the control group was treated with western medicine routine,the observation group was treated with western medicine combined with the method of Xuanfei Zhuyu Huatan Therapy.The course of treatment in the two groups was one month.The improvement of TCM syndrome score,clinical effect,lung function(VC,FEV1/PEF)and inflammatory factor(IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP)level before and after treatment was observed.Results Both groups were lower than before,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 95.12%,which was better than that of control group 80.00%(P<0.05);The pulmonary function and serum inflammatory factors in the two groups were significantly improved,VC,FEV1/PEF increased and IL-6,TNF-α,hs-CRP decreased.The observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of interstitial pneumonia by Xuanfei Zhuyu Huatan therapy can obviously improve the symptoms and signs,improve the lung function and reaction.
