摘  要:近年来,玻璃体视网膜手术的迅猛发展极大地提高了玻璃体视网膜疾病的治愈率,挽救了无数患者的视力,但由于手术空间狭小、视网膜组织脆弱和眼内操作复杂等原因,玻璃体视网膜手术成为眼科难度最高,学习曲线最长的手术。为解决日益增长的手术需求与手术医生培养周期漫长之间的矛盾,结合相关新技术、新设备的不断发展,在微创玻璃体视网膜手术辅助机器人系统(RVRMS)的基础上,辅佐3D手术视频系统,构建全新的玻璃体视网膜手术培训体系,探讨其理论教学和操作培训的设置以及评价指标,以期能够缩短学习曲线,加快高质量眼底手术人才培养。In recent years,the rapid development of vitreoretinal surgery has greatly improved the cure rate of vitreoretinal diseases and saved the eyesight of countless patients.However,due to the narrow operation space,the fragile retinal tissue and the complex intraocular operation,vitreoretinal surgery has become the most difficult and longest learning curve surgery in ophthalmology.In order to solve the contradiction between the growing demand for surgery and the long training period of surgeons,combined with the continuous development of related new technologies and equipment,a new vitreoretinal surgery training system was constructed by assisting 3D surgery video system based on the minimally invasive vitreoretinal surgery assistant robot system.In order to shorten the learning curve and speed up the training of high-quality fundus surgery personnel,the setting of theoretical teaching and operation training and evaluation index were discussed.
